There used to be a program in Norway that if the package was sealed at the airport you could get the Norwegain taxes (the highest in the world) back.<BR/>You need to go to Husfliden. There is a big one a couple of blocks off Karl Johan Street. That is one of the most famous streets in Oslo. There you will find all the makings for norwegain crafts, lots of yarn and weaving supplies as well as finished products.<BR/>Enjoy your trip.
