I just finished the first sleeve of my size Small Mermaid and sent the updated spreadsheet to Amy. The spreadsheet follows the stitch counts in the pattern but personally, after reading so many posts of those whose sleeves "grew" after blocking, I shortened mine by 10 stitches. I am petite and didn't want to take a chance that they would overpower me after all this work!
Here is the result:
Please let me know if you find any problems with the spreadsheet. Hopefully I worked most of them out.
Have fun!

I did the sleeves on all 3 Mermaids 10 sts shorter as none of the intended victims (including me) have long arms. Turned out perfectly.
Hi Ros
I have written to Amy for the spreadsheet on the Mermaid. I did not mention however that I needed the large. I also notice that these comments were all posted in October last year. Is the large Spreadsheet available?
Hi fiberfanatic
I was reading your website and loved the comments. My DH is due to have hand surgery but the waiting list is 2 to 3 months. I am not looking forward to it. (I suppose he isn't either....) Anyhow besides this I also liked the mittens you knitted. What pattern was this? They have a thumb and most of the ones I have seen have no thumb, just a hole.
I am also knitting the mermaid. THis is the first HF pattern but I have a few favourites which I am hoping to purchase once this one is done. Please ignore the message that arrived in your blog for Ros. I am going on 231 years and computers still bug me....I have deleted that message about 12 times but it keeps staying in this block???
