Ballerina Done

I have finally finished my Ballerina. I had to do some steeking to adjust the size. I also added and applied i-Cord around the edge. I enjoyed knitting this wonderful design but am glad it is done and ready to wear.

Wow - it looks beautiful! I'd love to see one more view - the back with your arms down. Are the sleeve holes very large? What part did you steek?

I have the pattern, but haven't started it yet.

Hi Elaine,
I am in Arizona for a couple months and don't have the sweater with me to take another photo. I found the center stripe on each side and stitched all the way from the bottom into the sleeves about 3/4 of the length. I then cut about 3 inches off and stitched up the sweater from the visible side. After that, I added the i-cord around the bottom. Jane

So beautiful on you! I've just ordered my first Hanne Falkenberg kit (duet) 5 minutes ago and also discovered this blog. After seeing your beautiful sweater, I know which one I'll order next.
