Ballerina Strips
I am knitting the Ballerina design and anticipating the stripes. When going from one color to the next, have others of you carried the thread or started anew each time? Normally in working with two colors, spools are used to carry the threads of different color. Also, how have you woven the ends of the thread? Again I normally would knit two threads together but not sure that will work with this project. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks.

I think her directions are actually good (for once). I carry the yarn, and at the beginning of each ridge I make sure that the yarn I am using (the *new* color) come from the outside, and over the *old* color, so as to pull the old and tuck it in. She describes it better in the direction, I seem to remember.
Then I just sew in the ends at the end, though there have been few thus far.
