Finished Mermaid....
I´ve finished my third Mermaid about 14 days ago - her she is:
I started on august 6th and finished september 10th. I used "shetlandsuld" (uld=wool) and size 3 needles.
I´ve made two other Mermaids. The body of the second Mermaid, I finished in 1½ week.
Whenever I have 5 minutes I knit. I allwas have my knitwear (what is a work in progress called ind english?) with me. I knit when I visit my old dad, I knit during lunchbreak, I knit in the bus, I knit in the evening. So I guess all together I knit 3-4 hours a day.
I think your colors are the prettiest ever. I am very impresed with your speed as well. Job well done. It has taken me forever to knit 5/8 of Ballerina. It will be worth it in the end, but I am way too slow.
I used yarn form the Danish shop "BC garn" - www.garn.dk (garn=yarn) I used "Shetlandsuld". 300 g in color Fny29 100 g in color Fny22 100 g in color Fny09

How many hours a day do you knit? I can't believe you finished such a gorgeous garment in such a short amount of time. Have you made any others?

That is absolutely gorgeous! I love the colors! What yarn did you use, and which colors? Yay!

That is absolutely gorgeous - I would choose the same colors!
Me, I'm 2 years into my DaCapo, but on the last 1/4 of the sweater.
At least these designs are timeless and you can always wear them no matter how long it takes to finish them.
